getjet roster

Compact guide for RAIDO roster sync, duty workflow, revisions, calendar export, and crew tools.

iOS App RAIDO Portal EASA FTL iOS 26+

Overview

getjet roster is a privacy-first iOS app for GetJet crew using RAIDO. It syncs roster data, stores it on-device, and helps you manage duty planning, revisions, exports, and crew collaboration.

Operational authority remains RAIDO. Always validate duty, check-in, and any late changes in RAIDO before each flight.
Requirements:
  • iPhone with iOS 26+
  • Active RAIDO account
  • Internet for import/revision checks

First Launch

  1. Read Disclaimer & Liability and tap I Understand & Continue.
  2. Enter RAIDO credentials and tap Sign In.
  3. On later launches, use Face ID / Touch ID if available.
Credentials are saved in iOS Keychain only.
Prefer Microsoft SSO? After the first sign-in you can switch to your airline Microsoft account in Settings → Single Sign-On — no stored password needed.

Main Screen

Three months are shown: previous, current, and next. Tap a month tab in the upper part or swipe left/right to switch months. Double-tap to jump back to the current month and todays date.

Settings

Open Settings from the ☰ Menu on the main screen. Items marked Pro require a getjet roster Pro subscription.

What getjet roster Pro unlocks. The free app imports, views, and confirms your roster, exports to the local Apple Calendar, and lets you personalise the display. Pro adds, in full:
  • Subscription Calendar — a live subscribable calendar feed
  • Roster sharing — compare rosters with friends (consent-based)
  • Hotel information — hotel address, phone, and shared hotel feed
  • Crew & Friends — searchable crew directory and meetup suggestions
  • Statistics — duty and block-hour insights
  • Trip Info — route, country, currency, and local time
  • Airport & airline databases — extended database details
  • Aviation weather — METAR / TAF (Pilot role)
  • Pickup notifications — alerts before departure pickup
  • Revision History — record of roster changes over time
  • Exports — LogTen, PILOTLOG, FLYLOG.io, Jeppesen, EASA FTL Calc, AeroWeather, plus PDF / XLSX

RAIDO Account

  • User Data — your NOC login and everything pulled from RAIDO:
    • Login & password — NOC credentials, saved only in the iOS Keychain (Face ID / Touch ID to reveal the password).
    • Profile — crew code, name, base, rank, and aircraft type read from RAIDO.
    • RAIDO Documents — certificates, licenses, IDs, and manuals with expiry dates.
    • Contact Details — addresses, emails, and phones.
  • Crew Pro — a searchable directory of everyone you've flown with. Crew names in Flight Detail are tappable and open the same directory entry with shared flights and contact details.

Single Sign-On

  • Microsoft SSO sign-in — sign in to RAIDO through your airline Microsoft account instead of a stored password. Turn it on in Settings; SSO becomes your sign-in method only after the Microsoft sign-in completes.
Each SSO sign-in goes through Microsoft and may ask for multi-factor authentication. If the session expires, roster updates pause until you sign in again from Settings.

Profile

  • Crew Role — choose Pilot or Cabin Crew. The role controls which export options and information are shown throughout the app (pilots get logbook, aviation weather, and all exporters; cabin crew get calendar and EASA FTL exports only).

FAQ

Does it work offline? Previously imported data stays available offline.

Is my password stored on a server? No. Credentials stay in iOS Keychain.

FTL checking? Helpful reference, but always validate with official scheduling.

Non-RAIDO support? Not supported.

Troubleshooting

  • Sign In failed: verify RAIDO credentials in Safari; update NOC Portal Account.
  • Roster updates paused: the app suspends automatic sign-in when your stored password looks outdated (this protects your RAIDO account from being locked). Update your password in Settings, or sign in again via SSO.
  • Import failed: check network.
  • No notifications: enable iOS Notifications and Background App Refresh.
  • No calendar events: check Calendar permission and ensure roster data is imported.
  • Friends lookup error: verify 3-letter code and sharing status.
  • Nothing works: Clear all app data and start over.
